商湯科技獲頒"閩港數字經濟合作創新平台" 為兩地高質量發展注入新動力
11月21日，福州新區閩港合作諮詢委員會(以下簡稱"委員會")在香港舉辦"閩港數字經濟合作接洽會"， 人工智能企業商湯科技與多家閩港企業受邀出席。會上，商湯科技獲委員會授牌，正式成為"閩港數字經濟合作創新平台"，將為推動閩港兩地的數字經濟發展發揮重要作用。
商湯科技董事長兼CEO徐立博士致辭表示："數字福建是數字中國的思想源頭和實踐起點，2022年全省數字經濟對全省經濟總量的貢獻度接近一半，同時福建還擁有海洋、綠色、文旅等優勢經濟，為技術賦能提供應用場景。商湯今年也大力支持福建省大數據集團建設了AI基礎設施平台，並已快速落地。我們很榮幸在兩地交流中發揮作用，支持構建更加高效的開放型創新生態網絡體系。"

作為閩港人工智能基礎設施平台建設及城市能源管理應用項目的關鍵合作伙伴，商湯科技多年來與福建省、福州市等主要地市及福州新區合作落地了多個數字化重點項目，大力支持閩港數字經濟發展提速。本次掛牌"閩港數字經濟合作創新平台"，商湯科技將繼續發揮自身優勢，以算力基礎設施算力為中心，與閩方共同開發大模型算法體系，持續落地大模型垂直應用，將生成式、混合現實技術融入福建文旅產業。此外，商湯還將在城市能源管理應用方面挖掘虛擬電廠及城市應急部署等當地典型應用場景，協同推動規模化、集約化算力建設。
當下，我國數字經濟規模發展勢頭強勁，人工智能逐漸成為推動經濟增長的主要引擎之一，在全面加速數字經濟高質量發展的要求下，閩港進一步深化交流合作，謀求共同發展、互利共贏已是兩地有識之士的共同目標。據瞭解，在日前舉辦的"閩港合作諮詢委員會成立一週年慶祝活動暨2023年福州新區招商(香港)推介會"上，包括商湯科技在內的多家閩港企業與委員會就數字經濟、金融、貿易、航空港口及物流、生物醫藥和文創旅遊等多個範疇，達成了共15個重要項目的合作簽約，總投資額接近70億元人民幣。
福州新區閩港合作諮詢委員會於2022年由福州新區及香港再出發大聯盟成立，是閩港兩地合作方式的有效創新，過去一年來，委員會積極踐行"福建所需，香港所長"原則，推動了閩港雙方在多方面的合作，包括簽訂了《推動閩港數據容災與儲存中心合作備忘錄》及《閩港數位經濟整合新型基礎建設專案策略合作協議》，為實現港數閩存、港數閩算，共建兩地互聯互通的數字經濟新型基礎設施發揮了重要的橋樑作用。為強化兩地全方位合作，委員會還積極促成福州機場與香港的航空公司進一步緊密連接，增加航班航線，打造榕港快速通道，採用了"港貨專倉+集採平台+展銷中心"的閩港物流合作體系，在綜合保税區或機場貨運區設立港貨專倉，大大提高了兩地人才、商品交流效率。
未來，在閩港兩地持續發揮自身資源稟賦優勢，不斷深化合作發展的契機下，商湯也將繼續持續推動兩地人工智能產業鏈、供應鏈、創新煉等多鏈融合，成為兩地企業交流與合作的優質媒介，進一步加強往來，參與數字化建設，為推動閩港兩地的高品質發展注入新動力，實現共融共贏。
