南北水 | 北水全天淨賣出超61億，大舉拋售港股ETF，南水加倉韋爾股份3.36億元
11月20日，北上資金淨買入A股13.73億元。其中，滬股通淨買入10.89億元，深股通淨買入2.84億元。
其中，韋爾股份、陽光電源、中興通訊分別淨買入3.36億元、2.04億元、1.69億元。江淮汽車淨賣出額居首，金額為4.09億元。
南下資金淨賣出港股61.08億港元。其中，港股通（滬）淨賣出43.07億港元，港股通（深）淨賣出18.01億港元。
港股通（滬）方面，盈富基金、南方恒生科技分別獲淨賣出15.4億港元、7.18億港元；小鵬汽車-W淨買入額居首，金額為1.59億港元；港股通（深）方面，盈富基金、騰訊控股分別獲淨賣出7.58億港元、6.86億港元；中芯國際淨買入額居首，金額為2.24億港元。
小鵬汽車、中芯國際、國美零售分別獲淨買入3.46億港元、1.9億港元、4,476萬港元；盈富基金、騰訊控股、南方恒生科技分別遭淨賣出22.98億港元、13.17億港元、10.04億港元。

韋爾股份：11月20日晚間發佈公吿稱，公司第六屆第二十七次董事會會議於2023年11月20日以現場結合通訊方式召開。審議了《關於調整2023年第一期股票期權激勵計劃激勵對象名單及數量的議案》等。
陽光電源：2023年11月17日消息，據國家知識產權局公吿，陽光電源股份有限公司取得一項名為“一種光伏併網發電系統及逆變器的併網控制方法”，公開號CN117081157A，專利申請日期為2023年11月。
北水關注個股
小鵬汽車：中金髮表報吿指，第二十一屆廣州國際汽車展覽會於本月17日開幕，總體來看，上年受疫情影響新車型發佈較少；今年新車發佈節奏前低後高，本次廣州車展新車發佈密集，全球首發車型達59款，聚焦於新能源車型，其中理想和小鵬分別亮相首款純電MPV車型。該行表示，供給端新車密集發佈，並看好明年年總量穩健、新能源滲透提升以及出口維持高增。預計今年年內需和出口超預期，批發及出口分別可達2524萬輛及400萬輛，按年升9%及58%。
國美零售：在港交所發佈澄清公吿，董事會注意到有關國美超市計劃在三年內成立10000間超市的各種新聞報道。董事會謹此澄清，公司並非擬開展的超市業務的訂約方。據董事會所瞭解，擬開展的超市業務將由公司主要股東黃光裕及其關聯方與獨立第三方合作經營。公司不排除未來探索零售新項目機會的可能性。倘若出現該等機會，公司將根據證券及期貨條例及上市規則適切作出進一步公吿。
中國移動：11月20日晚間發佈10月客户數據，截至2023年10月，移動業務客户總數9.91億户，10月淨增客户數74.6萬户；其中5G套餐客户數7.59億户。
