澳洲金礦商Tietto Minerals籲股東拒絕招金(01818.HK)收購建議
澳洲金礦商Tietto Minerals表示,招金(01818.HK)提出的收購要約嚴重低估公司的價值,建議股東不要接受招金提出以6.29億澳元(約4.04億美元)收購公司餘下股權的建議。
Tietto稱,招金提出收購公司餘下股權,是看中公司擁有科特迪瓦的阿布賈金礦。根據收購要約,已持有Tietto約7%股份的招金將以每股0.58澳元的價格收購公司剩餘93%的股份,較Tietto於10月29日收市價溢價 36.5%。
