證券及期貨專業總會:股票印花稅下調後仍遠高於其他市場 難吸引外資流入
《施政報告》宣佈,將會下調股票印花稅的稅率,由現時買賣雙方各按交易金額支付0.13%下調至0.1%,目標於11月底完成立法程序。證券及期貨專業總會認爲,印花稅下調力度杯水車薪,由於稅率仍遠高於其他主要金融中心,相信難以吸引海外資金流入港股市場。
協會稱,政府應進一步下調甚至廢除股票印花稅,以增加市場流動性,相信這亦有助吸引更多國內外企業在港上市。
