新城市建設發展(00456.HK)就廣州訴訟裁定提出上訴
新城市建設發展(00456.HK)公布,全資附屬公司廣東暢揚及廣東暢流就有關收購廣州市聯瑋物業及廣州優暢商業管理的交易,被賣方指控違約,並於廣州市增城區人民法院提告,法院裁定公司需要支付總金額57.9億元人民幣,另加利息及成本。
公司已尋求中國法律意見,並認為擁有充分理據提出上訴,而廣東暢揚近期已提出上訴。公司董事會認為有關裁決不會對財務表現及營運造成重大影響。
