吉利汽車(00175.HK)發行15億人幣中期票據 年利率3.25%
吉利汽車(00175.HK)公布,有關獲中國銀行間市場交易商協會批准註冊擬發行本金總額不超過100億元人民幣(下同)的債務融資工具,公司已於8月14日及15日以中期票據的形式發行第一期債務融資工具。該中期票據名稱為「吉利汽車控股有限公司2023年度第一期中期票據」,本金總額為15億元,發行價格為100元,明年8月17日到期,固定年利率3.25%。
集團指,發行本期中期票據所獲得的全部資金將投向中國境內,用於補充附屬公司浙江吉潤汽車有限公司的流動資金。
