東方日升(300118.SZ):異質結量產線中已直接導入使用110微米厚度的硅片
格隆匯7月27日丨東方日升(300118.SZ)近期在接待機構投資者調研時表示,異質結生產工藝的低温工藝對於大尺寸、薄硅片兼容性較高。經過異質結中試線的技術驗證,公司異質結量產線中已直接導入使用110微米厚度的硅片,後續投產電池產能也會直接導入該厚度甚至更薄的硅片。公司異質結中試線以及實驗室中,已在測試使用100微米及以下厚度的硅片。異質結技術薄片化的應用,可有效降低電池硅成本,進而加速推動異質結技術規模化和量產化。
