上海銀行(601229.SH):房地產貸款資產質量整體保持穩定 風險抵補能力較強
格隆匯7月12日丨上海銀行(601229.SH)近期在接待機構投資者調研時表示,我行房地產貸款主要集中在長三角、珠三角等經濟發達地區,大部分房地產貸款均有抵質押物,撥備計提充分。總體而言,我行房地產貸款資產質量整體保持穩定,風險抵補能力較強。同時,我行從准入及貸後管理兩方面對房地產業務進行管控,對符合授信政策的涉房業務予以准入及支持;同時,提高對存量房地產業務的貸後檢查頻率,按經營情況及風險狀況進行分類管理,積極化解存量風險業務。
