品茗科技回覆稱，公司專利覆蓋了公司的BIM三維空間計算技術、視覺AI識別、雲平台技術中台體系等技術領域，形成了在底層算法、數據中台、應用化研發、信息傳輸等多個層次的技術儲備。(1)BIM三維空間計算技術：建築信息模型(Building Information Model)技術其核心是通過建立虛擬的建築工程三維模型，利用數字化技術，在三維模型的基礎上建立完整的、與實際情況一致的建築工程信息庫。公司與BIM相關的核心技術主要有BIM算法引擎技術和BIM三維基礎圖形平台。BIM算法引擎技術主要包括BIM識別建模引擎、三維布爾工程量計算引擎、BIM智能二維CAD識別建模引擎、BIM模架設計算法引擎、PBIM模型交換框架、BIM輕量化引擎等核心算法；BIM三維基礎圖形平台是BIM應用軟件研發的關鍵技術，包括幾何造型、三維建模、三維渲染、約束求解器、二維三維幾何算法庫及對外API體系等子模塊，主要用於支撐各類BIM應用產品的研發。(2)視覺AI識別：公司基於各種主流深度學習算法模型框架，通過樣本採集標註，自研了多種應用於建築施工領域各場景的算法，目前已完成40餘種AI算法。(3)雲平台技術中台體系：公司圍繞項目施工現場各場景的數字化、智能化需求，將智慧工地常用的BIM技術、AIoT技術、智能終端技術、移動技術等以數據為紐帶進行整合，形成統一的平台，研發了數字建造技術中台體系，包括數據中台、業務中台、技術中台。目前已應用於公司的數智施工平台、智慧工地雲平台、CCBIM項目協同平台及智慧城建平台等產品。
