印度當局發出正式通知 指控小米-W(01810.HK)涉違反外匯管理法
據《俄羅斯衛星通訊社》報道,印度打擊金融犯罪機構經調查後,向小米-W(01810.HK)印度分公司、公司負責人及三家銀行發出正式通知,指控他們涉嫌違反印度外匯管理法,向外國組織非法轉移資金,涉及約555.1億印度盧比,折合逾52.7億港元。
報道指,印度當局指小米自2015年開始利用誤導性信息,並以支付特許權使用費為由,非法向國外轉移資金,從去年起已凍結小米在印度資產。小米對有關指控提出申訴,於今年4月被印度西南部卡納塔克邦高等法院駁回。
