格隆匯5月25日丨幸福控股(00260.HK)公吿,集團將繼續不時檢討其現有業務,致力改善集團的業務營運及財務狀況。自其股份暫停買賣以來,公司一直與多個潛在業務夥伴(尤其是天然氣及石油產品業務)溝通,以探討及考慮不同方案及未來機會,以擬備一個可行的復牌方案,以解決導致暫停買賣的問題及落實復牌指引,並儘快恢復本公司股份買賣。公司將於適時作出有關本集團業務營運的進一步公吿。
公司正在制定其復牌計劃,並與其專業顧問合作,以於切實可行的情況下儘快履行復牌指引。繼續暫停買賣。
