昊華科技(600378.SH)：進一步加大變壓吸附分離(PSA)技術、二氧化碳捕集和利用技術的推廣，保持PSA技術國內市場佔有率第一和全球三大PSA技術供應商的地位
格隆匯5月15日丨昊華科技(600378.SH)於2023年5月12日下午14:00-18:00通過上海證券交易所上證路演中心以現場交流、視頻直播和網絡文字互動形式參加中國中化控股有限責任公司下屬上市公司2022年度暨2023年第一季度集體業績説明會，問答環節中，就“公司在碳減排領域深耕多年，具有一定的行業地位，未來公司在該板塊有什麼樣的規劃和佈局？”，公司回覆稱，在碳減排方面，公司主要聚焦生產過程的碳減排、碳分離、碳捕集以及工業副產氣和尾氣資源化綜合利用，我們的目標是成為國內領先、全球一流的綠色低碳技術整體解決方案提供商。
公司子公司西南院是以PSA(變壓吸附)技術為核心的工業排放氣綜合利用成套技術的研發和應用供應商，可以實現資源回收、污染治理和碳減排。在碳捕集方面：西南院在PSA法和相變吸收法技術開發方面深耕多年，在中高濃度CO2(＞30%)氣源碳捕集中，PSA法具有明顯的成本優勢，且工業化業績眾多，包括出口韓國5套10萬噸成套裝置；在燃煤煙氣等低濃度CO2碳捕集中，相變吸收法優勢明顯，西南院完成了實驗室基礎研究和工業化測線實驗，目前正在為中石油一家企業做10萬噸規模燃煤煙氣碳捕集的工業化應用開發。在氫能方面：中國氫能產業已經迎來快速發展的起步階段，西南院從1972年率先從事PSA氫氣純化的研究開發，技術積澱深厚，依託自身PSA技術優勢，專門針對氫能開發了具有自有知識產權的吸附材料、關鍵設備、核心工藝等領先技術，目前氫能項目落地近30套，包括提供氫氣純化、加壓充裝及加氫站等燃料電池氫氣成套供應技術，比如2022年，西南院自主開發的變壓吸附製備燃料電池氫氣純化技術圓滿完成北京冬奧會、冬殘奧會氫能保供任務，今年也將繼續為成都大運會提供氫能保供支持等。
目前和未來幾年，公司碳減排業務主要佈局包括：(1)開發化工過程源頭減碳、碳捕集、碳資源高效利用、可再生能源等先進技術；(2)進一步加大變壓吸附分離(PSA)技術、二氧化碳捕集和利用技術的推廣，保持PSA技術國內市場佔有率第一和全球三大PSA技術供應商的地位。(3)加大氫能利用技術的開發和推廣，提供燃料電池氫氣供應全產業鏈安全運營、優化降本等雲平台技術服務，確保系統長週期安全穩定運行。公司將利用自己的技術優勢，為我國實現碳達峯、碳中和貢獻力量。
