格隆匯5月15日丨光弘科技(300735.SZ)公佈,全資子公司深圳光弘通訊電子有限公司使用自有資金6870萬元以參與競拍方式購買位於深圳市坪山區坑梓街道宗地號為G14311-8039的工業用地53001.09平方米土地使用權。
公司本次購買土地使用權,主要為滿足公司全資子公司深圳光弘通訊在深圳市坪山區建設新項目用地需求,本次交易旨在為生產經營提供必要的保障,有利於公司進一步擴大生產經營、轉型升級、提升收入水平和企業規模。
