今年全球最大規模IPO被推遲!
有知情人士稱，沙特阿美(Saudi Aramco)正在推遲旗下的能源交易部門在利雅得證券交易所的首次公開發行(IPO)計劃。該交易本將成爲今年全球最大規模的股票發行計劃之一。知情人士透露，這家國有石油公司最近幾個月大幅放慢了上市交易的準備工作，同時該公司尚未爲旗下部門上市設定新的時間表，除非整個金融市場好轉，否則上市可能會推遲到明年。
有媒體此前報道，沙特阿美一直計劃在2022年底或今年年初將能源交易部門推向上市，並考慮尋求超過300億美元的估值。知情人士表示，該公司現在認爲，目前可能很難讓這麼大規模的一家企業迅速在利雅得證交所上市。
知情人士表示，在進行IPO之前，這家沙特國有的能源公司還希望花更多時間完成其主要交易部門與美國煉油企業Motiva Enterprises LLC的能源交易部門的整合計劃。
沙特阿拉伯通常是海灣地區最大規模、最繁忙的股票交易市場之一，但在投資者對全球經濟增長，以及對於信貸緊縮的擔憂情緒中，沙特阿拉伯的利雅得證券交易所今年一直顯得非常平靜，而阿布扎比等其他交易所則成爲全球投資者們關注的焦點。機構彙編的數據顯示，在沙特首都利雅得上市的公司僅籌集了7200萬美元，這是自2014年以來的最低水平。作爲對比，截至去年的這個時候，IPO規模接近40億美元。
這些知情人士表示，沙特阿美一直在與高盛集團、摩根大通和摩根士丹利等國際頂級投行合作，研究潛在的IPO計劃。知情人士表示，相關的討論仍在進行中，並且IPO的細節可能會發生變化。沙特阿美的一名代表拒絕就此事置評。
石油、天然氣和精煉成品油交易產生的利潤最近一段時間大幅飆升。根據Sanford C. Bernstein & Co.的數據，英國石油公司(BP.US)、殼牌公司(SHEL.US)和道達爾能源(TTE.US)等國際能源龍頭去年共實現了總計達370億美元的能源交易類型的營收，主要在於俄烏衝突後全球能源價格和能源波動性大幅上升，全球經濟也從新冠疫情中緩緩復甦。
不過，很少有能源交易商選擇上市，大型石油公司也沒有披露太多有關其交易部門的信息。知情人士表示，當上市計劃被披露時，沙特阿美自己的一些交易員甚至對IPO沒什麼熱情。交易員往往可以在交易不順利的情況下，在今年的晚些時候以更大的交易收益彌補損失，這使得上市公司面臨的嚴格審查成爲一項挑戰。
