INTL GENIUS(00033.HK)更改每手買賣單位為2,000股
INTL GENIUS(00033.HK)公布,普通股於聯交所買賣的每手買賣單位將自今年5月31日上午九時正起由6,000股股份更改為2,000股股份。
董事會預期,減少每手買賣單位將降低投資者購買股份的門檻,從而促進股份買賣及提高其流動性,這將使公司能夠吸引更多投資者,繼而擴大公司的股東基礎。更改每手買賣單位生效後,股份將以每手買賣單位2,000股股份進行買賣。每手2,000股股份的新買賣單位乃經考慮過往年度股份的平均成交價後釐定。
