亞鉀國際(000893.SZ)：與華為合作開展5G智慧礦山建設實際無人化開採
格隆匯5月9日丨有投資者在投資者互動平台向亞鉀國際(000893.SZ)提問，“業績説明會上蘇總介紹了幾項正在進行的降低成本的措施，請問這些措施有無具體完成的時間表”
亞鉀國際回覆稱，1、減少人力成本支出。通過引進大功率開採設備來實現少人化開採，與華為合作開展5G智慧礦山建設實際無人化開採。少人化是無人化的基礎，無人化是最終目標，預計可減少人工支出110元/噸。以公司每個百萬噸產能設計來計算，每天需要生產鉀肥3030噸，開採原礦量2.4萬噸，井下礦機共12台，每台採礦設備需要配一台扒渣機和8台自卸卡車和2名拖線工，按照三班倒計算，共需要432人。如採用公司正在研發的第三代採礦設備，一台就可以滿足一天開採原礦量的要求，再加上公司研發的第三代掘採機柔性連續運輸系統，理論就需要3人就要可以滿足100萬噸的上礦需要。力爭在300萬噸鉀肥產能落地後，通過引進大功率開採設備來實現少人化開採，5G智能化礦山實現階段性落地。2、降低物料消耗成本。目前正在全力推進與國內智制業企業的全方位技術合作，加快激光熔覆增材再製造技術以及無損檢測、功能梯度複合新材料等綜合應用。對報廢的液壓油缸、液壓馬達、泵閥以及電機部件進行再製造，實現製造備件成本較採購成本下降40%以上，備件壽命延長20%以上，力爭降低物料消耗費用100元/噸。公司將積極推進技術合作進度，加速新技術落地。3、優化工藝降低成本。將通過對破磨、結晶、浮選工藝的技術研發創新，全面提高系統氯化鉀收率至83%，預計鉀肥生產成本可降低44元/噸。4、降低能源成本。通過優化氯化鉀乾燥方式，預計可降低選礦成本50元/噸。目前煤炭的勘查已到鑽探取樣的階段，未來有望通過自有煤炭資源及自備電廠的逐步建立，階段性降低能源成本。5、規模效應降本。隨着公司產能的增加，200-500萬噸產能規模效應不斷顯現，單位管理費用將逐年下降，預計單位管理費用可下降110元/噸。
