标普下调第一共和银行评级至“CC”:违约“几乎必然”
标普周二将第一共和银行的垃圾级信用评级进一步下调,此前监管机构接管了这家银行,并向摩根大通出售了其资产。标普将该行评级从“B+”下调至“CC”,并表示预计第一共和银行的违约“几乎是必然的”。
标普表示,由于摩根大通承担了第一共和银行的绝大部分资产,鉴于剩余资产基础不足,该银行极有可能在任何其他高级金融债务上违约。
标普还将第一共和银行的次级债和优先股的信用评级从“B-”下调至“D”。
