希荻微(688173.SH):擬向香港希荻微增資3000萬美元
格隆匯4月7日丨希荻微(688173.SH)公佈,為支付技術許可交易所需的款項,並有效地推動公司開展音圈馬達驅動芯片產品線業務,同時為滿足香港希荻微及其境外全資子公司的經營發展需要,公司擬以自有資金3000萬美元(約合人民幣2.067億元,具體以實時匯率為準)向香港希荻微進行增資。本次增資完成後,公司對香港希荻微投資總額將由6000.13萬美元增加至9000.13萬美元,公司對香港希荻微的持股比例不變,公司仍持有香港希荻微100%股權。
