新地(00016.HK)apm未來兩個月斥800萬元宣傳 冀復活節人流按年升30%
新地(00016.HK)執行董事馮秀炎透露,受惠全面通關以及高鐵4月起恢復長途服務,預計可進一步帶旺本地零售,為把握機會,旗下觀塘大型商場apm於4月至5月投放推廣費按年提升10%,達800萬元,推出針對旅客的優惠獎賞,並有為消費券即將派發推出優惠及抽獎活動,期望能進一步刺激人流生意。
她估計,復活節推廣高峰期、即4月5日至10月共六天商場人流可較去年升30%,生意額較去年至少升25%,預料潮流電子、珠寶金飾、餐飲及美妝生意將受惠於港人及旅客消費力,可望按年有雙位數字增長。
