大發地產(06111.HK)遭提交清盤呈請 涉欠款近130萬元
大發地產(06111.HK)公布,中國通海證券於上周五(24日)向高等法院提交一份針對公司的清盤呈請,內容有關公司未支付於呈請人開立及維持的保證金買賣戶口項下若干本金額及利息,於今年2月14日的未償還金額合共為129.71萬元。呈請已於昨日(27日)向公司送達。
公司指出,為促使呈請盡快被撤回,公司正與呈請人持續磋商,務求以友好方式解決呈請。預期呈請在短期內不會對集團整體境內營運產生重大影響。
