港鐵(00066.HK)料上半年可完成檢討票價調整機制
港鐵公司(00066.HK)行政總裁金澤培在業績記者會上表示,鐵路票務收入是公司主要的穩定收入來源,過去三年疫情,票務收入大幅下跌。目前公司正就票價調整機制進行檢討,又會與政府保持緊密溝通,預計今年上半年可以完成檢討。
他指,未來三年,現有鐵路資產更新需要每年平均投放過百億元的資本性開支,而每年經常性維修亦超過50億元。他表示,公司重視資產營運及保養、更新,去年行走250萬班車,大部分運作暢順。公司會在六個月內會完成資產管理檢視。
在未來十年,公司會投資超過1,000億元,推動新鐵路項目及小蠔灣項目。東涌線延線、東鐵線古洞站、小蠔灣站及屯門南延線項目預計於今年動工。
本地物業發展方面,位於大圍站上蓋的 「The Wai圍方」及黃竹坑站上蓋的 「THE SOUTHSIDE」兩個新商場,預計會於今年開業。
