《績後表現》新地(00016.HK)跌逾3%曾創一個月低 里昂指中績無驚喜評級「沽售」
新地(00016.HK)上日(23日)公布中期業績,惟股價兩連跌,今日(24日)最低見106.8元創逾一個月低。現報107.1元,跌3.25%,成交186.33萬股,涉資2.01億元。
里昂發表報告,指新地中期業績無驚喜,即使純利按年跌36.1%,仍維持每股中期息不變,管理層指沒集資計劃,冀釋除投資者憂慮。即使內地重新開放有利業務,該行認為樓價及商廈租金壓力不會急劇轉勢,料新地未來增加派息需時。該行升其目標價由84元上調至95元,但維持「沽售」評級,因加息環境下股息率料僅4.5%,估值不吸引。
