服裝類全國唯一，紅豆股份(600400.SH)5G工廠入選工業互聯網示範名單
2月13日-17日，國家工信部公示《2022年工業互聯網試點示範名單》，經江蘇省工業和信息化廳推薦，紅豆股份旗下的紅豆男裝5G全連接工廠項目成功入選，是全國唯一入選的服裝類示範工廠, 江蘇省僅兩家入圍的全國首批5G全連接工廠。再添國家級榮譽,紅豆股份2022年度已榮獲新型消費示範項目、中國優秀工業設計獎、服務型製造示範企業三大國家級榮譽。
此次示範名單上榜企業，主要聚焦圍繞工廠類、載體類、園區類、網絡類、平台類、安全類6類22個具體方向遴選，為進一步深入實施工業互聯網創新發展戰略，促進工業互聯網融合應用。而參照工業和信息化部印發的《5G全連接工廠建設指南》，企業可按需建設產線級、車間級、工廠級等不同類型5G全連接工廠。工廠級5G全連接工廠着重跨車間跨層級互聯互通、場景的深度和系統化應用、全要素生產率提升等能力建設。
作為唯一入選的服裝類示範工廠——紅豆男裝5G全連接工廠，是紅豆股份數字化建設不斷髮展中的一個縮影。這個工廠，十多年前就素有“亞洲最大的西服生產車間”美名，數智化改造前就已經採用瑞典ETON吊掛生產管理、法國CAM自動裁剪等系統，實現了高度自動化生產。隨着紅豆股份集製造與零售於一體的業務發展，工廠開始了適應數字經濟發展的主動升級，從“自動化生產”向“智能製造”、“優勢製造”升級，如今已然成為業界標杆。
何為5G全連接？通過5G的雲邊協同能力，紅豆男裝5G全連接工廠通過零售端3D量體倉、用户數據、生產端縫紉機、裁牀、AGV等要素的全連接，支撐起了一條完整的生產線，“工廠大腦”打通了銷售、產品設計、生產、供應鏈、 物流和客户服務等環節。當走進紅豆男裝5G全連接工廠時，儼然就是一個黑科技工廠！AGV小車穿梭在衣服和操作工人之間行走自如，衣服在有序流轉的吊掛線上主動“找”人，操作枱能根據工人不良率自動停機並進行視頻培訓……
讓系統和業務“跑”起來，紅豆股份利用大數據技術進行了“一種基因層面的改造”，為企業發展插上“數字化”翅膀。據介紹，這條5G智能生產線於2021年8月建成。之前，年產80萬套西服需要工人近1000人，現在僅需600人，且個性定製、團購定製與批量生產可混流自由切換。“在紅豆的紡織服裝工業互聯網智能工廠，各個環節的決策都是人工智能完成的，生產效率提高32%以上。”
