經澳門博協關注協調 永利暫緩縮短僱員「行鐘」休息時間計劃
據《澳門日報》報道,永利澳門昨日(31日)以口頭方式通知相關僱員,因應公司業務需要縮短有關僱員「行鐘」休息時間,措施對有關僱員的休息安排造成一定程度影響。澳門博彩企業員工協會高度關注事件,已第一時間與澳門勞工事務局、永利進行聯絡,冀企業積極履行社會責任,保障僱員權益。
澳門博彩企業員工協會總幹事蔡錦富表示呼籲勞資雙方通過對話協商解決問題。蔡錦富提醒僱員入職時,須清晰了解聘請條件、勞動合同的內容,確保勞動權益受法律保障。最後,澳門博彩企業員工協會與有關企業進行協商後,有關計劃已暫緩執行。
