深圳國際(00152.HK)以10.13億人幣出售杭州深國際供應鏈管理全部股權
深圳國際(00152.HK)公布,全資附屬已完成在深圳聯合產權交易所的公開掛牌程序,出售杭州深國際供應鏈管理有限公司的全部股權,中標者為深杭倉儲,摘牌價格約10.13億元人民幣(下同),預計將可錄得稅前收益約5.02億元。
深圳國際表示,出售事項符合集團業務發展規劃,料將加快落實「投建融管」商業模式,在繼續保持園區運營管理權的前提下提高資本利用效率,並提前兌現資產增值收益,相信有助於推動集團繼續擴大市場份額。
