其士國際集團(00025.HK)中期綜合收入減少21%至33.27億港元 中期息0.10港元
格隆匯11月28日丨其士國際集團(00025.HK)公吿,截至2022年9月30日止六個月,公司未經審核中期業績錄得綜合收入港幣33.27億元,減幅為21%,主要由於缺少上年度長春預售住宅物業交樓所確認的收入及各業務單位的收入減少所致。
扣除2021年長春預售住宅單位交樓的溢利港幣1.06億元的財務影響,綜合溢利錄得港幣8,500萬元,減幅為9%。公司股東應占溢利減少至港幣8,600萬元(2021年:港幣2.02億元),回顧期內的每股盈利為港幣0.28元,董事會已決議宣派中期股息每股港幣0.10元。
