新股解讀 | 雷亞電子（RAYA）：淨利潤三年複合增速近90%，小而美的電源產品製造商擬赴美上市
隨着中美雙方於今年8月簽署了審計監管合作協議，中企赴美上市出現回暖跡象。8月開始，大健雲倉（GCT）、見知教育（JZ）、亞朵（ATAT）陸續在納斯達克掛牌，首日均取得了不錯的表現。
電源解決方案產品製造商雷亞電子擬在納斯達克上市，11月23日至30日招股，股票代碼爲RAYA，計劃發行300萬股，每股價格4美元，募集資金1200萬美元，預計12月1日上市。
領先的電源產品製造商
雷亞電子於2009年成立於浙江溫州，專注於電源解決方案產品的製造、研發、批發和零售，公司旨在滿足用戶享受移動生活的電力需求。經過長期的積累與沉澱，雷亞電子已形成了豐富的產品組合，包括了電源逆變器、電池充電器以及其他定製產品，主要應用於家庭、房車、露營車、遊艇、卡車、太陽能系統、戶外作業、新能源等領域。
雷亞電子目前的收入主要來源於逆變器、充電器、以及汽油發電機，今年上半年，這些產品佔公司總收入的比例分別爲63%、3.49%、32.95%。
無懼疫情，業績持續高增長
2019-2021年度，公司的營收分別爲895萬美元、1412萬美元，1863萬美元，年複合增長率44.3%，相應的淨利潤分別爲95萬美元、221萬美元、339萬美元，年複合增長率89%。今年上半年，營收1148萬美元，同比增長43.3%，淨利潤219萬美元，同比增長55.6%。
疫情持續影響全球經濟活動，雷亞電子爲何還能實現業績的高增長？
主要得益於國內和國際市場的不斷擴張，雷亞電子的產品銷往海內外市場，其中中國是主戰場，貢獻的收入在60%左右，其餘市場包括法國、波蘭、墨西哥、英國、德國等。2020年國內市場恢復良好，來自於國內的收入大增133.35%，從而帶動公司期內整體收入增長57.8%。2021年海外經濟陸續復甦，來自海外的收入增長75.09%，帶動總收入增長31.92%。
此外，疫情促使公司加大了對電商的佈局，目前的渠道包括亞馬遜、自建網站、Facebook、Youtube，這也有效降低了公司的運營成本，淨利潤增速快於營收增速就是很好的體現。
露營熱興起，逆變器市場增長可期
疫情讓戶外露營爆火，房車銷量創歷史新高，這一趨勢將導致戶外休閒用電量激增，爲雷亞電子的主營產品逆變器、發電機帶來機會。數據顯示，全球逆變器市場仍將保持較高的增速，市場規模預計從2020年的139億美元增加到2027年的285億美元，年複合增速17.2%。全球發電機市場預計從2019年的223億美元增長到2024年的293億美元，年複合增速5.6%。
