東莞控股(000828.SZ):擬3.18億元向軌道公司購買部分物業資產
格隆匯11月22日丨東莞控股(000828.SZ)公佈,公司於2022年11月21日召開第八屆董事會第十二次會議,審議通過了《關於購買物業資產的議案》,為滿足公司未來戰略發展及日常經營需要,公司擬向東莞市軌道交通有限公司(簡稱“軌道公司”)購買東莞城市快速軌道交通線網控制中心綜合體2號商業、辦公樓第32-38層,總建築面積約13,333.37平方米,作為公司及下屬單位辦公場所。合計金額約為3.18億元。軌道公司為公司的關聯方,此次交易構成關聯交易。
