港鐵(00066.HK):初步相信隧道軌旁金屬護欄組件移位致列車偏離
港鐵(00066.HK)油麻地站昨日(13日)列車車門脫落事故完成修復,荃灣線列車服務今早(14日)回復正常。港鐵車務總監李家潤指,初步相信是隧道軌旁有一個金屬護欄組件移位,與列車碰撞,導致列車偏離。
李家潤在電台節目指,會檢視有關組件的使用、維修、損耗情況和設計等。昨日收車之後已檢查網絡中市區線的30多個同類組件,至於有否涉及人為錯失,會由外部專家深入調查,確認實際成因。他亦指,港鐵希望盡快鎖定成因,並會找出改善方案,有結果會適當交代。
