《半日總結》恆指跌28點 快手挫逾4% 內房及電力股揚

美債孳息抽升，美股道指曾升近400點後倒跌0.3%收市，港股昨(20日)見逾13年低位後早市好淡爭持，恆指高開50點，早段曾升78點見16,359點，其後曾倒跌103點一度低見16,176點，半日跌28點或0.17%，報16,252點；國指升12點或0.23%，報5,524點；恆生科技指數升8點或0.27%，報3,129點。大市半日成交總額500.03億元，滬、深港通南下交易半日淨流入9.58億及12.98億元人民幣。
據報中證監允許滿足特定條件涉房地產企業在A股市場融資，內房股造好，碧桂園(02007.HK)及旭輝(00884.HK)各升6.7%及5.5%，萬科(02202.HK)、富力(02777.HK)、遠洋(03377.HK)及龍湖(00960.HK)各升2.8%至3.3%，物管股碧服(06098.HK)升4.3%。汽車股廣汽(02238.HK)附屬廣汽埃安發新股募183億人民幣，廣汽股價升5.5%報5.73元。其他汽車股方面，小鵬(09868.HK)及長汽(02333.HK)各反彈4.8%及2.9%，蔚來(09866.HK)跌2.2%。
內地電力股受捧，潤電(00836.HK)及華電國際(01071.HK)各升7%及7.4%，華能國電(00902.HK)及大唐發電(00991.HK)各升3%及4.9%。美債孳息抽升不利本地公用股，中電(00002.HK)及電能(00006.HK)各跌2.2%及2.3%，煤氣(00003.HK)跌3.4%，盤中曾低見6.21元。地產房託領展(00823.HK)亦跌2.5%。
科技股普遍靠穩，騰訊(00700.HK)升1.2%報235.2元，阿里巴巴(09988.HK)升0.7%報70.4元，美團(03690.HK)、小米(01810.HK)及京東(09618.HK)各升0.7%至1.7%。快手(01024.HK)遭高盛及大摩下調收入預測，股價跌4.6%報41.55元。新東方在線(01797.HK)升5.9%報36.15元。
金融股方面，匯控(00005.HK)跌0.1%報41.75元，港交所(00388.HK)及友邦(01299.HK)各跌1.3%及1.1%。電訊股中移動(00941.HK)第三季EBITDA及純利被指低於市場預期，股價跌0.9%。中電信(00728.HK)第三季季績勝預期，惟市場關注商業業務競爭，半日股價跌1%。
消費股個別發展，李寧(02331.HK)、百勝中國(09987.HK)、維達(03331.HK)及滔博(06110.HK)各跌2.4%至3.3%，百威亞太(01876.HK)遭摩通下調投資評級至「中性」，股價跌4.2%。呷哺呷哺(00520.HK)升8.2%。濠賭股金沙中國(01928.HK)及永利澳門(01128.HK)各跌逾2%。
信義光能(00968.HK)擬於深圳創業板發行不逾9.89億股A股，半日股價跌0.4%。鱷魚恤(00122.HK)折讓66%二供一籌淨額4,260萬元，股價挫22.4%。
