騰訊(00700.HK)收購「死亡鏈接」開發商Gruby Entertainment少數股權
波蘭遊戲開發商Gruby Entertainment宣布,騰訊(00700.HK)已同意收購該公司的少數股權。Gruby首款關發的遊戲為《死亡鏈接》,該款遊戲將於10月18日向玩家開放。
據了解,騰訊透過對Gruby的少數股權投資,旨在促進Gruby的發展,並建立專注於創造高質量動作遊戲的長期關係。完成交易後,Gruby將保持完全的創意和營運主權。
Gruby行政總裁Grzegorz Michalak認為,在騰訊的支持下,公司將獲得廣泛的專業知識和大量新的機會,以擴大其團隊和遊戲範圍。
騰訊股價目前升5.6%,報278.6元,成交1,020萬股,涉資逾28億元。
