衝突再升級？普京突發宣佈部分動員，黃金、原油拉昇，俄羅斯股指再暴跌10%
衝突升級，普京宣佈部分動員，全球市場巨震，俄股大跌，原油、美元、天然氣、黃金、美債價格上漲。面對突發事件，投資者有哪些標的可以避險？

週三，弗拉基米爾·普京就盧甘斯克人民共和國、頓涅茨克人民共和國、赫爾鬆州和扎波羅熱州的公投問題發表視頻講話，宣佈在俄羅斯進行部分動員：目標“解放頓巴斯”。
據瞭解，頓涅茨克人民共和國、盧甘斯克人民共和國以及赫爾鬆州9月20日早些時候表示，有關加入俄羅斯的公投將於9月23日至27日舉行。頓涅茨克人民共和國領導人普希林向俄羅斯總統普京表示，頓巴斯人民的主要願望就是加入俄羅斯。
普京宣佈部分軍事動員
普京表示，西方在試圖摧毀俄羅斯，“西方的目標是削弱、分裂和催毀俄羅斯，他們直言，1991年能分裂蘇聯，現在就能分裂俄羅斯。”
普京稱，特別軍事行動的主要目的始終沒有改——主要目標——解放頓巴斯全境，始終沒有改變。盧甘斯克人民共和國事實上已完全擺脫新納粹分子。在頓涅茨克人民共和國的戰鬥還在繼續。
隨後，普京宣佈在俄羅斯進行部分動員，並稱局部動員令已經簽署。只有目前是預備役的公民，首先是在武裝力量服過役的公民，具有一定的軍事專業和相關經驗，纔將會被徵召入伍。

普京指出，在特別軍事行動開始後，烏克蘭方面對俄方提出的建議“做出過積極反饋”，但和平並不符合西方的利益——“正是在西方的指示下，烏克蘭中斷了與俄方達成一致的進程”。
據瞭解，這是自今年2月24日俄羅斯發起特別軍事行動以來，普京首次發表全國講話。
普京稱，西方已跨越所有界限，不負責任的政客在向烏克蘭提供進攻性武器， 俄羅斯在遭到襲擊，西方已開始核恫嚇，威脅對俄羅斯使用大規模殺傷性武器。
普京稱，俄羅斯在領土完整受到威脅時將使用一切可用的手段，這不是恐嚇。
“如果我們國家的領土完整受到威脅，我們將使用一切可用的手段來保護我們的人民——這不是虛張聲勢，”普京在向全國發表的電視講話中說。
全球資產劇烈波動
普京發表講話後，美股三大股指期貨跳水轉跌，納指期貨跌幅擴大至0.21%，標普500指數期貨跌0.15%，道指期貨跌0.14%。俄羅斯盧布下跌，全球油價飆升。
美、布兩油短線衝高，WTI原油漲幅擴大至2.68%，報86.19美元/桶；布倫特原油短線上揚2.3美元，現報92.91美元/桶。
俄羅斯盧布兌美元跌幅擴大，下跌逾2，現報61.9。
美元指數快速衝高後漲幅收窄，現報110.69。
普京講話後，現貨黃金一度拉昇至1676.19美元/盎司，隨後有所回落。截至發稿，現貨黃金報1673.05美元/盎司。
美債價格上漲，十年期美債收益率下跌0.88%，報3.542。
俄羅斯股市低開，截至發稿，俄羅斯RTS指數一度跌超10%，現跌幅收窄爲跌超8%，俄羅斯MOEX指數跌超9%。
