盛達資源(000603.SZ)：與內蒙地礦簽署戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯9月8日丨盛達資源(000603.SZ)公佈，公司與內蒙古地質礦產(集團)有限責任公司(“內蒙地礦”)於近日簽署了《戰略合作框架協議》，旨在構建長期穩定、優勢互補、互利共贏的合作與發展新格局，在相關礦業資源領域勘探、開發項目中開展更加深入的合作。
甲方：內蒙古地質礦產(集團)有限責任公司，乙方：盛達金屬資源股份有限公司；合作內容如下：
1、深化雙方在礦業權合作、礦產勘查、礦業開發等領域開展全方位戰略合作。甲方在自治區持有的礦業權和形成的一系列成果，在同等條件下優先選擇與乙方合作；乙方所持有礦業權在地質勘查、地質研究、礦山環境治理過程中與甲方建立合作機制，並在相關項目的承擔中同等條件下優先選擇甲方，予以甲方優先合作權。
2、共同發力新能源產業鏈。甲乙雙方將發揮在新能源業務領域積累的產業和技術優勢，以市場原則為導向，共同致力於向新能源產業鏈發展，實現產業協作、領域共贏。
3、共同綠色發展。雙方將在綠色發展領域強強合作，共同為“雙碳”戰略實施及自治區能源事業高質量發展貢獻力量。
4、創新合作方式、探討產業基金落地。在符合國家產業政策的前提下，本着互惠、雙贏的原則，充分發揮各自優勢，成立新型合作平台，探討產業基金的設立，對符合雙方產業戰略的優選礦業權和資源利用基金平台進行優先鎖定併合理開發。
內蒙地礦是內蒙古自治區礦產資源勘查開發領域的大型重點骨幹企業，一直堅持綠色發展理念，做實做強“地質科研、地質勘查、礦業開發、金屬冶煉、生態建設”五大產業板塊，主動拓展新能源領域開發的國有大型礦產企業集團。公司與內蒙地礦的合作基礎和合作淵源深厚，本次公司與內蒙地礦簽署的戰略合作框架協議，旨在構建長期穩定、優勢互補、互利共贏的合作與發展新格局，在相關礦業資源領域勘探、開發項目中開展更加深入的合作。協議的簽署有助於公司穩固有色金屬礦採選主業，拓展新能源產業鏈佈局，發揮協同效應，進一步提升公司核心競爭力。
