萬科企業(02202.HK)旗下物業管理服務商萬物雲通過聯交所上市聆訊,聯席保薦人為花旗、高盛及中信証券。聆訊後資料集顯示,其主要收入來自社區空間居住消費服務,於2022年第一季收入佔比為57.1%,其次是商企和城市空間綜合服務,佔比為35.6%,AIoT及BPaaS解決方案服務收入佔比為7.3%。
於2022年第一季,萬物雲純利3.12億元人民幣(下同),按年增長10.7%,收入68.5億元,按年增44.2%。
截至2022年3月31日,公司在管建築面積1.36億平方米。
