騰訊(00700.HK)旗下Sixjoy夥索尼互娛入股「魂系列」遊戲開發商FromSoftware
日本角川集團(KADOKAWA)公布,旗下子公司FromSoftware擬透過配股方式,引入騰訊(00700.HK)旗下遊戲子公司Sixjoy及索尼(SONY.US)附屬索尼互動娛樂(SIE)作為股東。涉及發行3,179股普通股,每股作價1,145萬日圓,集資近364億日圓(約20.75億港元)。
完成後,KADOKAWA、Sixjoy及SIE分別持有FromSoftware的69.66%、16.25%及14.09%股權。公司指出,集資所得擬用作加強FromSoftware的創造與開發遊戲IP的能力等。
FromSoftware是日本電子遊戲開發商,代表作包括《惡魔之魂》系列、《黑暗之魂》系列、《隻狼》和《艾爾登法環》等。
