格隆匯8月25日丨融創服務(1516.HK)跌超8%,報2.85港元,總市值87億港元。該公司昨日盤後公佈,預計6月止六個月錄得虧損不超過7.6億人民幣。主要受房地產行業環境影響,出於謹慎性原則,對關聯方應收款項計提減值準備的金額大幅增加;及積極調整非業主增值服務的業務策略,非業主增值服務的業務規模有所下降,相應毛利減少約1.8億人民幣。剔除關聯方應收款項計提的減值影響,期間溢利不低於5.5億人民幣。
