《盈警響號》NANYANG HOLD(00212.HK)料上半年盈轉虧 蝕1,000萬元
NANYANG HOLD(00212.HK)公布,預計截至今年6月30日止六個月錄得虧損為1,000萬元,相比於去年同期錄得溢利1.52億元。虧損主要由於期內按公平值透過損益記賬的金融資產之已變現及未變現虧損淨額及投資物業公平值虧損,相比於去年同期按公平值透過損益記賬的金融資產之已變現及未變現收益淨額及投資物業的公平值收益。
若不包括按公平值重估投資物業帶來之淨影響,上半年錄得股權持有人應佔溢利為1,150萬元,去年同期為溢利1.12億。
