《大行報告》匯豐研究下調長建(01038.HK)目標價至57元 降電能(00006.HK)目標價至51元
匯豐研究發表報告,指長建(01038.HK)上半年核心盈利增長符合預期;英國業務持續改善,展望2023 年,當地受監管資產的收入將因通脹調整而上升,因為這種增長往往可抵銷成本上升,意味利潤率有所擴張。不過由於英鎊、澳元和歐元兌美元貶值,下調長建2022-2024年盈利預測8%至9%,目標價由59元下調至57元,評級「買入」。
匯豐研究將電能(00006.HK)2022-2024年盈利預測下調6%-8%,目標價由52元下調至51元,維持其評級「持有」。
在香港公用事業股中,長建仍是該行首選股,基於集團通過併購和資產剝離,有潛力重新平衡投資組合,以推動盈利和股息增長。
