雅博股份(002323.SZ)：擬在巴彥淖爾進行新能源項目建設、智慧能源管理平台建設、硅礦研產採選一體化合作等
格隆匯7月26日丨雅博股份(002323.SZ)公佈，公司(“乙方”)與巴彥淖爾市人民政府(“甲方1”)、巴彥淖爾經濟技術開發區管委會(“甲方2”，“甲方1”與“甲方2”統稱“甲方”)簽訂《框架合作協議書》，擬在光伏組件製造、光伏系列產品開發與應用、新型光伏綠色建材產品研發與建設、新能源項目開發與建設、智慧能源管理平台建設、硅礦研產採選一體化等領域開展合作，進行全方位新能源資源整合，形成光伏新材料—電池片—光伏組件—化學儲能—智慧運維全產業鏈產業運行區域，推動以光伏建築一體化為代表的被動式超低能建築產業的發展。
合作內容包括：
1、產業園投資：該協議合作項目配套有異質結光伏組件、鋰電儲能PACK等相關新能源產業。乙方擬在巴彥淖爾經濟技術開發區總投資35億元，計劃建設用地500畝，投資建設年產5GW異質結(HJT)光伏組件及3GWh儲能PACK的新能源產業(名稱：巴彥淖爾市HJT綠色零碳產業園)。包括新建研發中心、生產車間、辦公樓、宿舍樓及綠化用地，需新建組件生產車間、原材料倉庫、成品倉庫、動力中心、特氣房等建築，新建異質結光伏組件生產線，新購置組件生產輔助設備、儲能PACK生產設備等。
2、新能源光伏電站投資：與上述5GW異質結光伏組件+3GWh儲能PACK項目投資階段進度相匹配，按照自治區相關政策，根據投資建設節點，乙方或乙方指定的第三方計劃在巴彥淖爾投資建設總裝機不低於5GW的光伏或風電電站，可逐年分步實施。
3、硅礦研產採選一體化合作：根據當地豐富的硅礦存有量和可開發資源，為更好匹配乙方的產業投資，確保乙方的原材料需求，甲方通過協調各有關方，爭取為乙方高質量(硅礦品位不低於99%)硅原料穩價穩量供應(包括乙方投產後根據生產需求和產業佈局進行調整的供應)方面提供積極支持和幫助。並在具備條件的情況下，積極為乙方協調高質量的硅礦採選和開發權，為乙方的生產和未來在巴彥淖爾打造HJT光伏全產業鏈佈局，創造良好的原材料供應環境。
4、智慧能源管理平台運營合作：乙方以獨資或與甲方合資形式成立EMS智慧能源管理平台公司，在同等市場條件下，優先承接在巴彥淖爾市境內投資建設的光伏新能源電站運維。
