格隆匯7月12日丨南京高科(600064.SH)公佈2022年第2季度房地產業務主要經營數據,2022年1-6月,公司無新增房地產項目儲備。2022年4-6月,公司房地產業務無新開工;無新竣工。2022年1-6月,公司房地產業務新開工面積8.73萬平方米,同比減少59.64%;竣工面積6.20萬平方米,同比減少43.43%。

2022年4-6月,公司房地產業務實現合同銷售面積0.95萬平方米(均為商品住宅銷售項目),同比增加1,800%;實現合同銷售金額38,243.47萬元(包括商品住宅、車位等銷售),同比增加810.94%。2022年1-6月,公司房地產業務實現合同銷售面積1.14萬平方米(均為商品住宅銷售項目),同比增加1040%;實現合同銷售金額4.59億元(包括商品住宅、車位等銷售),同比增加709.05%。

2022年6月末,公司出租房地產總面積13.47萬平方米(商業綜合體2.46萬平方米、商業辦公樓2.33萬平方米、工業廠房8.68萬平方米)。2022年4-6月,公司房地產業務取得租金總收入1274.13萬元(商業綜合體8.89萬元、商業辦公樓495.42萬元、工業廠房769.82萬元)。2022年1-6月,公司房地產業務取得租金總收入2987.01萬元(商業綜合體249.82萬元、商業辦公樓1103.14萬元、工業廠房1634.05萬元)。

上述房地產業務新開工面積的公司權益佔比為90%,竣工面積、合同銷售面積及金額,商業綜合體出租面積及金額的公司權益佔比均為80%。
