廣田集團(002482.SZ)：7月11日停牌一天、被實施其他風險警示
格隆匯7月8日丨廣田集團(002482.SZ)公佈，公司股票將於2022年7月11日開市時起停牌一天，於2022年7月12日開市時起復牌，復牌後公司股票被實施其他風險警示。
公司股票被實施其他風險警示後，股票簡稱由“廣田集團”變為“ST廣田”；公司證券代碼不變，仍為“002482”；公司股票日漲跌幅限制為5%。
經核查，截止2022年6月30日，公司及控股子公司合計被凍結銀行賬户126個，佔公司賬户總數410個的30.73%，上述被凍結銀行賬户的餘額合計349,961,966.40元，被凍結的金額合計337,482,812.54元；公司截至2022年3月31日貨幣資金餘額為1,058,282,263.10元，被凍結金額佔貨幣資金餘額的31.89%，公司截至2021年12月31日合併報表範圍內經審計的歸屬於上市公司的淨資產為524,757,928.74元，被凍結金額佔淨資產的64.31%；公司當前主要採用銀行轉賬、匯款、支票、本票、委託收付以及未被凍結的賬户日常結算，公司及控股子公司的生產經營仍在開展。前述被凍結銀行賬户系公司經營過程中業務糾紛逐個產生，凍結髮生時沒有對公司生產經營產生重大影響，公司一直在積極處理相關事項。
由於目前公司資金緊張，未能及時支付部分供應商貨款及部分金融機構債務。同時，公司於近日收到深圳市羅湖區人民法院寄送的傳票，浦發銀行深圳分行因公司不能如期償還貸款向法院提請了訴訟，涉及貸款本金3.76億元及利息，公司預計短期內無法解決欠付供應商貨款及金融機構債務逾期事項。結合公司目前的財務狀況，以及近期相關金融機構對公司未到期債務申請提前到期並提起訴訟，公司未來或因債務逾期問題面臨更多的訴訟、仲裁、銀行賬户被凍結、資產被查封的風險等。經慎重判斷，公司基於謹慎原則認為，公司部分銀行賬户被凍結將對公司生產經營造成重大影響，屬於公司主要賬户被凍結的情況，觸及《股票上市規則(2022年修訂)》第9.8.1條第(六)款規定的需對公司股票交易實施其他風險警示的情形。
