格隆匯7月6日丨大悦城(000031.SZ)公佈，2022年第二季度，公司新增5個項目，具體情況如下：
1、成都市金牛區川(2021)成都市不動產證明第0224004號地塊。該項目位於成都市金牛區二環路北一段。該地塊土地出讓面積為4,994平方米，計容建築面積合計不大於9,987平方米，土地用途為住宅用地。該項目通過股權收購獲取，我司需支付價款約為人民幣0.73億元。公司擁有該項目50%的權益。
2、南京市浦口區NO.2022G13、NO.2022G14共2宗地塊。該項目位於南京市浦口區豐子河路北側、康健路東側。2宗地塊土地出讓面積合計41,279平方米，計容建築面積合計不大於82,557平方米，土地用途為住宅用地。2宗地塊成交總價合計為人民幣14.3億元。公司控股子公司大悦城地產有限公司持有該項目60%的收益。
3、杭州市蕭山區奧體博覽中心單元BJ1707-06、07地塊。該項目位於杭州市蕭山區錢江世紀城揚帆路北側、盈豐路東側。土地出讓面積合計23,404平方米，計容建築面積不大於53,897平方米，土地用途為住宅、幼兒園用地。地塊成交總價合計約為人民幣15.57億元。公司控股子公司大悦城地產有限公司持有該項目100%的權益。
4、蘇州市高新區蘇地2022-WG-9號宗地塊。該項目位於蘇州市高新區獅山街道吳前港綠化地南、渠田河綠化地西。該地塊土地出讓面積為20,773平方米，計容建築面積合計不大於37,391平方米，土地用途為住宅用地。該宗地塊成交總價約為人民幣10.52億元。公司控股子公司大悦城地產有限公司持有該項目60%的權益。
5、北京市昌平區北七家鎮平坊村土地一級開發項目PF-09地塊、PF-10地塊。該項目位於北京市昌平區北七家鎮平坊村。地塊出讓面積合計64,821平方米，計容建築面積不大於96,913平方米，土地用途為住宅、幼兒園用地。地塊成交總價合計為人民幣23億元。公司控股子公司大悦城地產有限公司持有該項目49%的權益。
