《盈警響號》樓市成交下跌 美聯集團(01200.HK)預警中績轉虧
美聯集團(01200.HK)發盈警,與去年同期淨溢利1.76億元相比,預計6月止六個月將錄得淨虧損。原因是香港1月開始爆發第五波新型冠狀病毒疫情,造成不利市場的情況及嚴厲的社交隔離措施、檢疫隔離及旅遊限制,均抑制買家的意欲和需求,導致住宅物業的成交金額和成交量大幅下跌,月跌幅顯著集中在第一季;及業主在第五波疫情中只給予有限度的租金寬減。
今年首五個月,公司錄得淨虧損約1.9億元。
