格隆匯6月21日丨謝瑞麟(00417.HK)公佈2021/2022年度全年業績,期內集團實現營業額27.68億港元,同比增長4.5%;毛利10.63億港元,同比增長10.7%;公司擁有人應占盈利1554.6萬港元,上年同期為虧損4398.0萬港元;每股基本盈利6.2港仙,擬派末期股息每股2.0港仙。
零售業務:由於2021年零售市場得到復甦,儘管自2022年初起第五波疫情持續對集團的香港零售業務造成負面影響,集團於該年度內在香港及澳門零售業務的營業額仍然增加了,同店銷售亦錄得增長。
在整合香港店舖網絡方面,集團已於續租店舖前檢討每間店舖的銷售表現、盈利率及發展潛力,並策略性地關閉了兩間位於旺角及尖沙咀的低效店舖。集團不斷與業主磋商爭取租金減免和更有利的續租條款。截至2022年3月31日,香港店舖總數為24間。
受惠於中國內地旅客到訪限制的放寬,澳門經濟在該年度首三季度出現復甦跡象,但隨後因中國內地部分地區感染個案反彈受到負面影響。截至該年度末,集團繼續在澳門經營3間店舖。
縱使中國內地經濟於該年度首三個季度有所復甦,但自2022年初以來,為應對不同地區的零星疫情爆發實施了嚴格的社交限制措施,復甦速度因而受到攔阻,亦阻礙了零售業的反彈。集團的自營店營業額錄得按年輕微下跌。
於該年度,集團在中國內地營運的同店銷售有輕微負增長。於該年度,集團在中國內地的店舖總數由450間增加至465間,包括自營店和加盟店。集團將繼續加強零售網絡和業務營運,優化集團在中國內地整體的佈局,同時繼續緊貼市場情況。
批發業務:儘管中國內地自該年度最後一季在某些地區實施全市封鎖,受惠於經濟復甦,集團在前三季度的批發業務表現相對有所改善。集團相信批發業務將隨着加盟店數目的穩健增長而蓬勃發展。集團將繼續物色合適的業務夥伴,以擴大集團的特許經營網絡,加深集團的市場滲透率。
電子商貿業務:於該年度內,集團的電子商貿業務營業額錄得高兩位數增長,歸功於產品種類的優化和季節性促銷。儘管中國內地的主要電商平台繼續為集團的電子商貿業務帶來重大貢獻,為實現長期發展,集團從未對集團官方銷售網店停止投放資源。
於該年度,集團成功重整了中國內地官方旗艦店,改善客户全渠道的銷售體驗。在香港方面,除在香港天貓開設了網店外,香港官方網店也正在進行改造。展望未來,集團將繼續提升數碼化平台並加強與電商平台的合作,以取得更多網上銷售及為客户提供非凡體驗。
