世紀建業(00079.HK)擬820萬港元出售屯門工業大廈物業
格隆匯6月13日丨世紀建業(00079.HK)公吿,於2022年6月13日,賣方世紀建業地產有限公司(為公司全資附屬公司)就出售該物業與買方冠興(香港)有限公司訂立臨時買賣協議,代價為港幣820萬元。根據臨時買賣協議的條款,賣方及買方將於2022年6月24日或之前就出售事項訂立正式買賣協議。完成預定將於2022年9月9日或之前落實。
該物業為一個位於屯門工業大廈的工業單位,總樓面面積約為2,843平方尺。集團於2009年三月收購該物業後,一直將其用作倉庫。
考慮到近期市況及香港工業物業的現行物業市價,董事會認為出售事項將為集團提供變現其於該物業的投資以換取合理回報的良機。
