友和(02347.HK)公布招股結果,每股發售價定為2.1元,為招股價範圍(2.1至2.6元)的下限定價,香港公開發售部分錄得超額認購約7.37倍。該股將於明日(10日)掛牌,每手2,000股計,一手中籤率為20%,要認購20手即4萬股才穩獲一手。獨家保薦人為民銀資本。
公司是次上市料淨集資7,470萬元,約20.4%擬用於透過自然增長搶佔更高市場佔有率;7.1%用於透過推出線上平台業務擴大集團電子商務平台的產品供應種類;8.6%用於將集團服務拓展至中國(尤其是大灣區)客戶;9.2%用於加強集團供應鏈能力;11.8%用於進一步投資於品牌管理及市場推廣;19.2%用於擴大集團員工隊伍以支持業務策略;13.7%用於收購電子商務相關行業的公司;10%用作集團的一般營運資金。
