*ST雪萊(002076.SZ):被格能照明電器申請對公司進行預重整
格隆匯6月8日丨*ST雪萊(002076.SZ)公佈,2022年6月8日,公司收到債權人佛山市格能照明電器有限公司(“申請人”)發來的《預重整申請通知書》,申請人以公司不能清償到期債務且已經明顯缺乏清償能力,但仍具備重整價值為由,向佛山市中級人民法院(“佛山中院”)申請對公司進行預重整。公司尚未收到佛山中院的通知,該申請能否被佛山中院受理,公司是否能夠進入預重整程序尚具有不確定性。無論公司是否能進入預重整程序,公司將在現有基礎上積極做好日常生產經營管理工作。
