中國金屬利用(01636.HK)兩家附屬擬申請破產重整
中國金屬利用(01636.HK)公布,其全資附屬銅鑫及銅鑫的全資附屬兼公司間接全資附屬金循環,擬透過中國企業破產法適用條文重整彼等現有的債務。重整將涉及向中國四川省綿陽市遊仙區人民法院提交自願破產重整申請,預期將於今日(6日)提交。
公司預期,債務重整(倘成功實施)將減少相關附屬的債務、釋放相關附屬目前持有的優良資產內在價值及經營潛力,並允許相關附屬充分利用該等資產提升實現盈利的能力。
此外,公司指相關附屬的主要債權人已表示支持債務重整。相關附屬亦已就未來融資計劃與戰略投資者深入溝通。若干戰略投資者已表示初步有意於債務重整後投資相關附屬。
