宏安地產(01243.HK)簽署14.5億元俱樂部貸款
宏安地產(01243.HK)公佈,早前完成與六家主要國際及本地銀行簽署一項3.5年期的俱樂部貸款,總貸款額達14.5億元。有關資金將用於一般營運及支持該公司未來的可持續發展工作。
參與是次3.5年期俱樂部貸款之銀行包括香港上海匯豐銀行、東亞銀行、恆生銀行、交通銀行(香港)、大華銀行及創興銀行。
宏安地產行政總裁鄧灝康表示,目標於2022年第三季度轉換此俱樂部貸款爲可持續發展表現掛鉤貸款,進一步把可持續發展策略融入於宏安地產整體業務。
