上汽集團(600104.SH):控股股東擬以16億-32億元增持公司股份
格隆匯5月4日丨上汽集團(600104.SH)公佈,公司控股股東上海汽車工業(集團)有限公司基於對公司未來發展前景的信心和對公司長期投資價值的認可,計劃自2022年5月5日起6個月內,以自有資金通過上海證券交易所允許的方式增持公司A股股份,擬增持股份金額不低於人民幣16億元且不超過32億元,此次增持不設定價格區間。控股股東將在此次增持股份計劃的實施期限內擇機實施。
